Return and Online Order Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Products sold by Restoring Eden Flowers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not honor or accept order cancellation requests. Every effort is made to ensure that our products are grow in a clean, safe, and thoughtful environment and that labels remain accurate throughout the season.

Any claim regarding products received must be submitted via email to coty@restoringedenflowers.com within 48 hours of delivery. After this, no refunds will be granted, and no claims will be accepted. Issues such as virus, broken necks, and non-viablity, etc., will not be considered after the initial 48-hour window post-delivery. As with any small farm, mistakes do happen, but we make every effort to ensure that they do not.

We do not offer replacements. If a claim is approved within the specified 48-hour period, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Policy Exception: For the 2024-2025 sale season, any mislabeled variety will be issued a 35% refund or a 65% credit for the following season.


Shipping Policies

We use UPS and USPS shipping methods. If you suspect you will need a heat pack when tuber shipping begins on April 1st, 2025, please purchase in the shipping section of the checkout.

We do offer order combinations for a convenience fee of $4.95, per order. The overpaid shipping will be refunded. If your refund is not received in 10 business days, please reach out to us: coty@restoringedenflowers.com

Shipping charges are increased for orders in Alaska and Hawaii.
